10 years of PURO – what a journey!
After a decade full of wonderful encounters, delightful moments, and unforgettable memories, it is now time for a new chapter: we bid farewell to PURO.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your loyalty, your trust, and all the special moments we were able to share with you.
Our final service day at PURO will be September 27, 2025. Afterwards, the venue will undergo a light renovation to shine in a new light from November onwards. From November 17, 2025 (TBD), Sabrina Rhomberg-Marbacher & Team will take over the culinary stage.
We hope you will give this new house a chance – the passion for great food and heartfelt hospitality will remain, the experience will be new.

Starting October 1st, a new story begins at our location: Sabrina Rhomberg-Marbacher & Team will open Restaurant ĂN ĂN – an innovative dining concept by the successful restaurant group behind Co Chin Chin and Saigon. The concept blends modern Vietnamese cuisine with influences from Asian culinary traditions – stylish, vibrant, and welcoming.
